Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Very low key, relaxed environment. They really genuinely care about you and your pet/pets. I mean I had brought an old cat and dog of mine around 1998. That had been the last time I had been there. 25 years later, I find myself living in the Humes Heights area for a few years with two dogs. Cecil, our 100 lb. Catahoula had broke through our fence and split his real paw in two right between his toes, and a deep puncture would inside his back groin/leg. They were so booked up and not taking new patients at the time. I mentioned I had brought and old pet of mine , Bob, in 25 years ago, and Bingo! They still had him in their data system all this time later. Couldn't ask for a better Dr and team. They also won't gouge you like some of the other vets a couple streets North on Poplar. Highly recommended using them if you can get in.

Been going there since before it was in that building. Dr. Mc Cutchen is the best! Smart, professional and will always go the extra mile for your pets. The staff is friendly and kind. You really know that they all care about every animal that walks in the door.

I have never experienced anything or king won’t the vet or anything, but the receptionist was very rude and hung up the phone in my face; she didn’t even try to help me with my concern. She said to me @sir we are not accepting new clients, and haven’t done so in 3 years”! I understand, but she didn’t have to be rude.
