Dr Mack is amazing! She’s always extremely loving to our cats and works with my wife and I on finding the best plan to help keep them healthy. We recently took our cat Theo in to get help with his paw. Dr Mack wrapped it up and even drew a heart on it! We thought it was so sweet. The entire staff is very helpful and kind. We are SO glad that they are so close to us. We highly recommend Coastal Creek to anyone looking for a vet.

I have a very nervous dog and she was able to manage her visit with almost no stress. The facility is absolutely beautiful and calming. The exam rooms have windows in the door and wall, which helped keep her calm. Every single staff member was truly caring and kind. Dr. Mack is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me where I could understand, gave me great options to consider, and we worked together to make a game plan for my dog's care. I couldn't be happier with our 1st visit, and am so glad Coastal Creek Animal Hospital is here for us!

Very friendly and caring staff. My pup absolutely loved everyone she met. The receptionist offered to help me immediately when she realized I had my hands full with the dog and my 1yr old. The technician was very efficient in taking a history and vitals, my pup didn’t even realize what was happening! And you can tell Dr. Mack absolutely loves her job and all of the animals you meet.

Dr. Mack is one of the most compassionate people I’ve come to know not only in her job, but as a person. She loves her job and proves it with the care she gives to her patients and clients. I highly recommend Dr. Mackenzie for anyone looking for a veterinarian that will meet their needs, and mainly their furry loved ones needs.

All of my pets love Dr. Mack and her staff, and we are always treated like family. Dr. Mack always gets to the bottom of things if there’s an issue and has the best recommendations for each scenario. She knows her stuff! We will continue to take our pets to Coastal Creek!
