Oh my goodness, where do I even begin about Palmetto? Hands down, it’s the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Meghan Sullivan took incredible care of our Great Pyrenees, Hank, when he was experiencing severe, uncontrollable bloody diarrhea and vomiting blood. It was a terrifying situation, but Dr. Sullivan handled everything with such professionalism, compassion, and patience. She carefully listened to our concerns and thoroughly explained every detail of the surgery and treatment plan, which gave us so much peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. What truly meant the world to us was the level of communication and care. Dr. Sullivan and the Palmetto team called several times throughout the night to reassure us that Hank was stable and being well cared for, keeping us updated every step of the way. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their patients and families. We live in Greer, and we gladly drive the extra hour just to continue bringing Hank and our other pups to Palmetto. The care, compassion, and genuine love they show for animals is unmatched. Thank you, Dr. Sullivan and the entire Palmetto team, for taking such amazing care of our baby and for treating him like your own. ❤️

This place is absolutely awesome. We had to bring our 17 year old cat, LuLu, in the other night to help her cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge and they were precious. From the Dr to the staff, they were professional, very kind and helped us so much this difficult time. The office was beautiful and so clean as well. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly care!!!

There are no easy words when it comes time to say goodbye to your puppy. We arrived with him in very bad shape, and we were told—with complete honesty—that there was nothing left to be done. Although the outcome was the hardest imaginable, the team’s care was incredible: they were kind, respectful, and deeply compassionate toward us at every moment. A few days later, we received a card offering their condolences, along with some rose seeds to plant where we buried him. That small gesture broke our hearts, yet healed us just a little bit. My sweet kitty girl, Lucy, suddenly fell incredibly sick. I googled emergency vet and found Palmetto. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to my baby, but the staff was incredible! They answered all my questions and comforted me in such an amazing way during a time that was truly heartbreaking. I am super thankful for their kindness and compassion.

They saved my baby cat. They were so passionate and caring towards our situation. They got us in very quickly with our emergency and handled our baby with so much care. We appreciate them for all they have done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs veterinary care for their animals(Our baby was attacked by a coyote.)
