We are new to the area. Making the appointment was fast and easy, the receptionist offered to call my old vet to get records, which was really nice. The appointment itself was very disappointing. I have a rescue dog and it’s taken a year, many vet appointments and thousands of dollars to figure out how to help him maintain a happy and healthy life with the right medications and lifestyle modifications. My concerns were dismissed and request a for refill of a medication that I give him when his neurological issues flare and he very literally is unable to walk was rejected. I understand it is not the best route for every dog to get this medication as needed, however in his case the alternative to not getting it is very extreme. My concerns fell on deaf ears and I was told likely his issues are due to him being 2 pound over his ideal weight. I picked this practice carefully and at the recommendation of many in the community. I’m very disappointed in my experience here.

This place is wonderful. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely nice and understanding. I am very, very hesitant about taking my pets to a vet (after 2 different horrible experiences with 2 different vets) So I am very weary about them even leaving my sight. My cat was worked In as a emergency visit, but we were in and out in 30 minutes. We waited less than 3 minutes before being taken back to a room and almost immediately our nurse was there. Out of the 20 or so minutes in the room we were only alone less than 5 minutes. My cat was extremely happy, purring and loving on everyone. I felt my cat was in great hands. I was dreading the bill, but it was extremely affordable and drastically less than what I thought. Every area that I saw in the clinic was extremely clean. His care and treatment plan was very clear and understandable.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Dr. Gagliardi and Dr. Capps are superb and all my fur babies love them and I have a lot of fur babies!! The whole staff is kind, patient and professional!

The staff is caring and compassionate. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. I love the care she gets here. We've used them since the doctor was in another practice. They are the best.

Spent a good 20 minutes on hold to just get hung up on. So I tried again. Was asked if I could hold for a brief moment. In long hold again. Management issues of time.
