How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Hope Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

This is a very fine practice. The waiting area is spotless and welcoming, and Jenny was courteous and friendly. Dr. George and her tech Shannon took my cat, Winter, and me immediately (there was a threat of inclement weather, and we got in on a cancellation). Dr. George listened carefully to my concerns, checked Winter over carefully, and discussed possible causes for her ailment. On a couple of occasions she asked if I had any further questions. It's obvious that Dr. George, Shannon, and Jenny love their work and their clients. I would certainly take my cats back there and would recommend them very highly. I appreciate first and foremost their care for Winter.

Everyone is so friendly and so patient and caring towards my anxious filled pup. I've been looking for a good vet since we moved back to South Carolina and I'm so thankful that I found such a great place! How friendly everyone is and not pushy or salesy. Dr. George heard out everything I do for my pup and gave her suggestions and recommendations. No judgments, no push, didn’t feel like I was being used to just get money for the clinic, which was a nice change of pace from past experience at other places.

They did an excellent job assessing my goose Chidos leg injury. They were able to determine it was not broken with a thorough exam. They were very gentle and easy with her which made her relax and feel seemingly comfortable.

Hope Animal Hospital has a very caring team. They don't only greatly support the animal but the owner as well. Dr. George gave updates personally after surgery and receipt of lab results, so that arising questions were answered immediately and not, as often happens elsewhere, over three corners. Extraordinary communication with appointment reminders, checking in about the animals progress at home, updates and quick responses to questions all along the getting well journey. A knowledgeable, understanding team that is prepared to go the extra mile for the well-being of an animal. You can feel that everyone is truly working from their hearts.

My dog was having an emergency. I brought him in and the doctor saved him by excellent treatment he needed. The lady working the front desk was also very nice and caring. I. Can’t thank the veterinarian enough for saving my sweet Ollie. I would recommend them to anyone.
