I was praying before this visit, hoping for the best—and Simpsonville Animal Hospital completely delivered. From the moment I called, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The phone staff and front desk were incredibly helpful and understanding when I explained I had a rescue with anxiety and some aggression issues. They suggested calling early for any cancellations, and sure enough, I got a spot the very next morning. Not only did they fit us in last minute, but they also made sure we were done in time for me to make it to work—prioritizing my dog’s care while being mindful of my schedule. Every single person we encountered was exceptional, but I have to give special thanks to Colleen, the vet tech, who was so gentle and attentive with Baxter. He’s not an easy dog to win over, but he was truly at ease with her. Dr. Greer was phenomenal—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. She explained things clearly and offered thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. It’s rare to find a clinic that balances professionalism with such heart, but this team did exactly that. If you have a pet with special needs, I highly recommend Simpsonville Animal Hospital. They go above and beyond—and they truly care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simpsonville Animal Hospital truly lived up to their 5-star reputation. From the moment we called, the front desk worked miracles to get us in the same day thanks to a last-minute cancellation. The technician was compassionate and attentive, making sure Sophie was comfortable through the entire visit. Dr. Karen Bowman was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and with genuine care. She treated Sophie as if she were her own, and that kind of compassion is rare to find. It’s comforting to know we have a veterinary team that treats both pets and their people like family. Highly recommend Simpsonville Animal Hospital to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate veterinary care.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every single person on the staff is the definition of a caring professional. When we moved into the area over a decade ago, I brought my dog Andy to them for the first time and never looked anywhere else. They took great care of him and always remembered him when he came in. When we recently had to make the gut-wrenching decision to let him sleep, they made the process as calm and peaceful as possible. The part that got me was that I could see on some of their faces that this was hurting them too. They genuinely care about every animal in there, and I will always know that Andy was in great hands. I will more than likely get another dog (not anytime soon), but I know where his vet will be.

We LOVE this place. Dr. Allen in particular impressed us so much. Our dog is so anxious it is difficult to complete even the simplest tasks at the vet, but Dr. Allen came in and within 30 seconds was on the floor with him. She literally laid on the floor with him and helped soothe while vaccinations were administered and blood was drawn. Super knowledgeable and friendly, we cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!
