After making an appointment for my pet online and then hopping right in the car, we were seen promptly and the veterinarian ordered tests that helped us to understand what was going on with our pet. Everyone treated the situation with kindness and urgency and they helped us to get the care our pet needed. I'm grateful that we have this resource in the North Hills now.

My dog had a seizure and when we called and asked if we could bring her in 10 minutes before closing they said absolutely and then took care of her, staying hours past closing. If that wasn't awesome enough they took in another dog hours after closing. They are there for the animals and it shows. They checked up on our dog the next morning too which I really appreciated. They were wonderful and I would strongly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful, kind, caring staff. We had to take our sick cat to be sent to heaven. Everyone there did the best job taking care of our pet as well as his humans. We couldn't be more thankful and will return in the future should we have urgent vet needs.

My experience at Urgent Vet Mccandless was one that will leave a lasting impact on me. The care each individual staff member took to explain the process and the breakdown of all the procedures, the time the vet spent explaining every result and answering all my questions. When the outcome was unfortunately not what I expected; The care, compassion, and support provided by the staff is something I that will last with me forever. I highly recommend if you need to fill the gap for urgent needs for your pets.
