I cannot recommend this emergency vet highly enough. Last night was one of the worst days of my life, bringing two of my dogs in for an emergency, but from the moment I walked through the door, every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, understanding, empathetic, and compassionate. The staff navigated our challenging situation with remarkable professionalism, genuine care, and grace. I was immediately offered a phone charger when needed, a bottle of water, and tissues, and given a private room with a couch and a buzzer for help – a level of comfort and consideration I've rarely experienced anywhere. Beyond the exceptional personal treatment, their medical care was outstanding. I had complete confidence in their abilities, and they not only saved my dog's life but also helped me navigate the emotional and financial toll of the process. Every staff member was truly incredible and amazing. Thank you for everything. 🌺🌷🌻

Very happy with the service we received, how quickly and kindly they treated our cockatiel after being attacked by a family pet.He is one “ lucky bird “. All other facilities within a 2 hour drive w that said they were open and taking exotics, were either closed or not available for exotics. This location was kind caring and very attentive. Luca is doing well. Thank you for all that you do. We need more of you in the area. Cost is not exorbitant like other Emergency locations.

Walked in was greeted immediately & they took great care of my boy visit was maybe 2 hours. Everyone was awesome helpful willing to accommodate. It’s been 2 days & already hes back to normal jumping standing up on his back legs following me again. So thankful for everything crying writing this review. They offered my parents coffee and tea thank you very much. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else I trust VEG❤️❤️

Everything about this place is truly amazing. We had to bring in our two kittens after they got into some lilies, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. They walked us through everything and made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. One of our boys had to stay for three nights, and the team made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We can’t say enough good things about the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Thanks to them, both of our boys are back home happy and most importantly healthy. You guys rock.

Unfortunately my 6.5 month old puppy got ahold of my TV remote and chewed and punctured a battery. I was in a complete panic as this is an extreme emergency. I called ahead of time and filled out a pre-triage form and was seen immediately. Everyone from the security guard, receptionist, nurses, doctors, techs, etc. were all amazing and so kind to me and my puppy. The atmosphere was calming, the space was clean, and most importantly I felt like everyone cared. The whole process was extremely efficient, professional, and fast. I didn’t even have to sit down for a second to wait. They had my puppy seen IMMEDIATELY. I will 100% be going here if there is ever an emergency again.
