He is a humble man kind and loyal to his profession. His staff, are courteous, kind, and respectful team, and always there for you. I can’t forget the beautiful technicians behind the scenes they are very gentle when handling our pets. I want to personally thank Mia the technician for her kindness on Tuesday, helping me with my pet Queenie.

It was actually the Cat Collaborative behind the Bridge clinic. I too my 2 7mos old make kittens to be fixed. They were awesome. The staff was excellent, especially Linda & Nikki.

Had a great experience at the Bridge Clinic. Cannot recommend them enough, they were very quick to respond to my online inquiry to get my boy scheduled and within a very reasonable time frame. They offer sedated exams, which my very anxious dog needed to get his nails trimmed. Other places were offering to bring us in for a consult and asking for me to bring him back, which not only causes anxiety for my dog but also for me because he doesn’t like majority of other dogs. I even left with anxiety medication for future visits instead of having to sedate him each time. Everyone I encountered was very helpful kind and pleasant

Cannot say enough great things about the Bridge Clinic from their caring Vet Techs to their Phenomenal Vets. I was facing surgery for my dog and quoted prices that were simply impossible. The Bridge Clinic did the surgery at a fraction of what I was being quoted and did it with such expertise and care. You all deserve 10 stars !

Traumatic Experience with the Bridge Clinic I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had with the Bridge Clinic. My dog needs surgery to remove a hernia—a procedure I have been saving for over the past year. After gathering enough for the required deposit, I scheduled an appointment. When I realized I was not able to make it, I had rescheduled it when a conflict arose. Unfortunately, the clinic claims to have no record of this, resulting in the forfeiture of my $100 deposit. As a low-income individual supporting children and other animals, I chose the Bridge Clinic because of its mission to serve families like mine. I live three hours away and was willing to make the trip because it’s all we can afford to get my dog the surgery she needs. Instead of receiving the support I hoped for, I was met with rigid policies and dismissive treatment that have only added to my family’s stress and hardship. I was called into work on the day of the appointment and, believing I had already rescheduled, didn’t follow up until I received a reminder text less than 24 hours prior. When I emailed to confirm the rescheduling, I was shocked to receive a voicemail informing me that my deposit would be forfeited due to a missed appointment. I contacted the clinic to explain my situation and asked if my deposit could be applied to a future appointment. The manager refused. I explained that I had been called into work and had no choice but to go in—yet I was told I should have refused work, and risked losing my job. When I requested a one-time courtesy due to my circumstances, the manager stated the only acceptable reason for missing an appointment would have been the death of my pet that morning. That statement was not only callous, but it showed a complete lack of empathy or understanding. As someone who volunteers in animal rescue, I have long supported and respected the Bridge Clinic. I have seen them help countless animals in need, which makes this experience all the more disheartening. I turned to them in hopes of doing the right thing for my dog, only to be met with harshness and inflexibility. What was intended to be a step toward healing and care has become a painful and discouraging ordeal. I hope the Bridge Clinic will reexamine how they treat clients who are doing their best under difficult circumstances—and recognize that compassion should never be conditional.
