How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Cottman Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Ive been coming here with my bulldog Ruth for almost 5 years now. Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Dr. Lee doesn't upsell you on anything, Dr. Lee and her staff are also extremely honestly, caring and show amazing bedside manners for both your pet and you. One of the best Vets in the Northeast. If I have an serious issue with my dog, Dr. Lee is very thorough and will ALWAYS say we should do blood work, urine samples and stool samples to get a baseline on what is possibly going on.

The staff at Cottman Animal Hospital were great. They got me a next day appointment for my Bella and the doctor addressed all of my fur baby’s needs and got her out quickly. Pricing is very fair as well. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

I think the place is nice, airy, clean and bright. The Dr. and the staff are really nice. I give four stars because they are pricey. I have another vet with a smaller, kinda cruddy office, but they give the same level of care for way, way less.

My little old lady Josie (the tan one in the middle) has been really struggling with pain and anxiety around other dogs as she ages. The vet was so kind and caring with her and put her on the exact right meds to help her. She’s like a different dog. A few weeks ago she was not able to interact with other dogs and this is her today having a great time and enjoying her life again. Thank you so much for helping my girl have some more good days
