Till We Meet Again

Thank you Mark and Stacy for the incredible service we received today as we said goodbye to our precious Mia. Not only did they make a sad time hopeful but they made our family extremely comfortable the whole time. We felt like they truly cared about our girl. If you have to say goodbye to any beloved pet, they will provide the best most comforting most loving service. Without them my family feels this would've been a much harder transition. Thank you guys for everything

From my initial contact until the departure of our beloved Molly, I can not say enough about the kind caring service that Mark and Stacey gave to Molly, my wife and myself . In our time of grief and sadness I know that there could not have been any better ending than our Molly being at home in her environment laying on my chest (her favorite spot). I feel at peace knowing that she got the love and respect that she deserved in her final moments. Thank you Mark and Stacey!

No one wants to be in the situation of considering euthanasia, but Mark and Stacey made the experience as peaceful as possible. He explained everything clearly and made sure that this was the best decision. They made us feel heard and supported. I would give them more stars if I could.

We had to make the most difficult decision to make sure our beloved cat Bo would no longer be in any discomfort, pain or worse, endure a painful death. We knew we wanted Bo to be at home, where he adopted us and had been with us for more than 15 years. Our family vet recommended TILL WE MEET AGAIN as an option. Timing was not on our side. I made the call and Mrs Huber responded so quickly. My husband and I debated waiting until the next day so we’d have more time but ultimately made the decision would be best for Bo earlier rather than later. We didn’t wait until the following day; Dr and Mrs Huber were coming that same evening. We were especially grateful for their responsiveness that day, as we wanted Bo to be at home and not on a cold stainless steel table in unfamiliar surroundings. Dr and Mrs Huber were so incredibly patient and compassionate. Instead of being sterile and just there to perform a task, they made us feel comfortable, not rushed or pushed as they understand the pain that pet owners feel. They encouraged us to talk with Bo as he transitioned to heaven. After the process, they were so patient and kind as they listened to us reminisce with some stories we felt the need to share. We highly recommend TILL WE MEET AGAIN to get your family through the most horrible time as a pet owner. Know TILL WE MEET AGAIN will do everything to make it as safe, private and comfortable as possible for all.

Back on 8 Dec 2024 I had to make the most difficult decision in my life, to have Sebastian no longer suffering. My phone call was returned shortly after I left a message with Stacey, all I can say is that she was comforting, as I was a mess! Mark and Stacey showed up at our home in the evening and talked to us about the procedure, there was no pressure and they let us take our time on the decision for the last injection. Sebastian left our home, and when he was ready to return home, Mark personal delivery. The service that Till We Meet Again I would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you!! Sebastian now sits in his beautiful wooden box on my grandmother's secretary desk
