Lucy loves Dr Koch and team. Very thorough. Kind and caring. Can’t get a better vet. Dr. Koch is also USDA certified and helped us go to England for vacation. Best trip ever!

Everyone was so good with my guy Thor. They made it less stressful for him. He was always so nervous and reactive at our previous vet office. It's comforting to bring him to a place where he is excited to see the staff and get his tennis ball to play with!!

I was so nervous about taking my Corgi Frankie to the Veterinarian for the first time but automatically when you walk through the door they are so welcoming! Next thing you know my dog who wants to never leave my side is just walking off with the veterinarian and the vet technician like I don’t even even exist! Got shots, nails clipped and you never would have known, went back for a follow up and he went in like he was going for a play date! Best Veterinarian by far!! Highly recommended!!!

Dr Koch and her staff are the most compassionate and professional veterinary services around. I had to say goodbye to my precious girl and it was the hardest decision for me and I changed my mind several times. 🥹They were quietly patient, available, kind and respectful until that last moment of goodbye for us. Dr Koch has the kind of steady, calm presence that animals respond really well to. I wouldn’t ever take a beloved pet anywhere else for care, but there. Koch Veterinary team, from the bottom of my heart…thank you! - Gloria and Dakota 🪽🪽 🐾

Dr. Koch was excellent. My KiKi is not a touchy/feels cat & she completely understood that. She & the vet tech were professional & passionate & completely got the entire exam done, minus the temp check. My girl said no way. She returned additional times, each time, the service was better than before. Her practice truly cares about the welfare of your pet & providing the best medical service needed. I would give them 10 stars! Thank you all for having such wonderful & caring hearts. FYI - KiKi is doing so much better too. 😻
