I was very frustrated with other vet clinics and how they do their scheduling. When I found this place, not only was I ecstatic that I was able to get an appointment but the staff were all so friendly to my fur baby. Treated him with kindness and respect. Worked with me and my budget. Explained everything to me in a manner I understood and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or forgotten about. There was a little wait in the room but no different than the pediatrician or my own clinic. I am now a forever customer, and Winston will be a forever patient looking forward to years of amazing service in a very clean and organized facility.

I was concerned for my maltese puppy and her swollen mammary glands. On top of that, she was scheduled to be spayed in couple days. They got me in early the very next day and thankfully said it was normal. The veterinary doctor pushed her spay procedure due to her still being in heat but was able to double book her 2 weeks out. Very thankful to the wonderful staff and doctor and giving me peace of mind.

I took my cat to be neutered and they did a great job. I also took my 10 year old dog in to address a few issues and found that it was an easy fix and mostly needed to lose weight.

Place has gone down hill and starting to use low and questionable business practices. My 10 year old dog injured his spine and I knew he needed to be put down, I had been taking my dogs to them for the whole ten years. When called them to bring him in, they syated I had to take him to an urgent care vet, in their eindow they say they are an urgent care vet. They where his vet. I had to take hom some pther place that didn't know my dog or myself. It wasn't a weekend it was during the week. Sounded like a 14 yr old kid on the phone. Seems like eveytime I go in,that it is all new staff .
