Well I learned not to come in there with more than one dog. I brought all three dogs because two of them needed shots, we had a appointment The other one insisted on going. Unfortunately when I got there it was shot day, I didn't know that so it was very hard to control my dogs. A staff person came up to me and said that if I didn't get them under the control then I should go sit in the car with the air conditioning on. No way too hot. Fact is if I would have known that it was shot day I would have never came in there with my dogs. They have anxiety and they don't handle it well unfortunately I'm on my own and I broke my back and for me to hold them very long is very hard and I was upset but I didn't like the way I was talked to and the fact that all these dogs were there and I didn't know they were coming. So I do love this place. I want to continue to come but next time if they're a shot date I'm not coming. I didn't think it was fair how she was talking to me when it was obvious that I was in pain and dealing with three dogs. I understand that they were upset that the Chihuahua got off a leash but that wasn't my fault. He had anxiety. So next time one dog at a time if possible. And no shot clinic.

The prices are reasonable and the technicians were great with my pup and older dog. Wait times could improve but that's about it.

Took our Boyz to see Dr Jasmine today. Excellent staff, customer service, and didn’t get killed with outrageous fees. Dr. J was seriously the best vet we’ve been to!
