They saved our senior dog's life through excellent care, direct & frequent communication, and expertise. We are so thankful for DoveLewis.💟 Our 12 year-old dog came in as a transfer from another urgent care facility because DoveLewis is a high-level emergency care facility. The staff quickly stabilized our dog and helped explain the possible outcomes and supported us during our dog's care. Our family dog needed three days, two overnights at DoveLewis and the time passed without unnecessary stress because the DoveLewis team emailed us daily updates (with photos of our sweet dog!), called us day and night, and allowed us to visit and sit with our dog whenever we wanted. We are so thankful to have our Booms home and aftercare has been easy due to the instructions, medication, and kindness DoveLewis staff gave us. Financially, emergency vet care is expensive, and I am grateful for DoveLewis' clear communication regarding the cost for our family dog's care.

I arrived at Dove Lewis at 4 AM with my beloved pet in a medical crisis. I thought all the staff was thoughtful, kind, and understanding when I walked in and literally began crying. They were concerned for my pet and me and provided me with the medical information about what she was experiencing. Dr Cruz was compassionate and helped me make my decision to let her go over the Rainbow Bridge.

Two weeks ago my Frenchton had to undergo emergency spinal surgery after the MRIs showed he had a herniated disk in his neck. The vets at DoveLewis kept me informed all the way, from how he tolerated the anesthesia, the MRI results, and the operation to how he did overnight in recovery, all through the next night and the last day before I retrieved him. Every morning I had an email from the overnight vet with a pic of my lil' man - very nice touch! His treatment was not cheap by any means, but my lil' guy was worth EVERY PENNY! Thank you DoveLewis!
