I was really excited about the convenience of having a nearby vet, but unfortunately, my experiences at this clinic haven't met my expectations. Despite multiple attempts, they haven't been able to perform basic tasks for my year-old dog, like trimming his nails and expressing his glands. Even after trying their recommended medications for his anxiety and giving it multiple tries, there hasn't been any improvement. During my latest visit, I suggested being present in the room with my dog, as he tends to be calmer with me, but the clinic didn't think it would make a difference. At this point, after multiple attempts, I don't feel confident that they can address my pet's needs. They mentioned coming up with a new plan, but I feel it's best to seek care elsewhere.

City Pets Vet was wonderful! My regular vet didn’t have any available appointments for several days, so they referred me to City Pets Vet. They were able to get me in the next business morning! Very friendly staff and kind care for my elderly cat. I have always been able to get appointments in a fairly timely fashion, prompt approvals for prescription diet online purchases, and compassionate help and detailed test result commentary from the doctors.
