Incredible, kind team of healthcare providers. Friendly from the beginning all the way to the end. Dr. Flynn explained what the heart looks like and what was going on through a visual on the wall! So educational and involved in my baby’s care. She truly cared to have the convo with me which is rare with doctors. I’ve had bad experiences with specialists in the past with my last cat who passed away so this felt like a complete 180. Thank you so much for the positive experience. It is pricey but it’s a specialist and I’ve never had a reasonably priced experience with my cats and their health lol. I recommend having pet insurance.

If I could give TACC more than 5 stars, I would. The staff genuinely love their patients, they’re warm, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Flynn goes above and beyond, taking the time to ensure her clients fully understand their pets conditions and treatment plans. She truly loves her patients and is passionate about what she does. If you want the best care for your pet, I highly recommend TACC.

Your new location is beautiful! Easy to get to. Convenient parking. Warm and inviting inside. Zachary's appointment went so quickly and efficiently. Superb staff. And the best of all, great to be back with the amazing Dr. Flynn and Reilly!

This has been by far the best appointment we’ve had. Choosing Dr. Flynn was absolutely the right decision for us. Dr. Flynn is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Her responses to our questions were always detailed and easy to understand, and her clinical focus fits our dog’s condition very well. At the same time, she is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable and lighthearted. We walked into the visit feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but left feeling a huge sense of relief. It honestly felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders, like I lost 20 pounds in an hour! We also want to thank the team, Jacqueline, Sylvia, Nicola, Cynthia, Riley, Joshua and every team members we didn’t get a chance to meet directly but who took great care of our dog in the exam room, for being so kind, professional, and supportive throughout the visit. Everyone made the experience smooth and reassuring. Highly highly recommend.

From the front desk to the assistants, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Carlson was exceptional, very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me understand my pet’s diagnosis. Everyone was patient, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the visit, which made a stressful situation much easier. I couldn’t recommend this cardiology team more highly!
