Everyone there is so caring and supportive. I am a first time dog owner. Any time that i have a question, I can text the office with 100 percent confidence that someone will get back to me within a few minutes. I use Dr. Osterman. My puppy loves her, which makes me feel even more comfortable. Instead of being nervous of the vet's office, he runs in there with excitement. I can't recommend this practice enough! Picture of him coming out of being neutered, happy!

Dr. Shull is always amazing! The staff is wonderful. I tell everyone about him and the Richmond Valley Veterinary clinic. You cannot manufacture trust and I know Dr. Shull always has Mollie’s best interest at heart. Per usual, he was fantastic in rapidly diagnosing her, treating her and providing comfort at the same time. Truly grateful! He is the consummate vet! When I moved away from the area, I never even considered changing vets. I travel a bit of a distance to receive this high quality care.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Purcell and the vet technician (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) for their patience, kindness, and compassionate care. My bulldog was suffering from ear infections, but his severe anxiety makes him difficult to treat. Other vets can't handle him. The tech at Richmond was able to calm and comfort him while Dr. Purcell treated his ears with creativity and her soothing hands. I nearly cried watching them work. They are amazing professionals!! Thank you so much to all who supported us and reduced the stress of this vet visit. Richmond Valley Veterinary Practice is the best place for our fur babies!! 💙🐶💙
