Everyone was so kind and Attentive from the moment they returned my call to the visit, as many know it’s not easy to get an appointment with an exotic vet on Staten Island & luckily they were able to fit me in right away to tend to the needs of my Guinea pig who needed help with an eye infection. The nurses and assistant was fabulous. Dr.pugliese took her time explaining everything and course of action. Thanks to them he is thriving and doing well! Thank you so much!

I called the office on 7/10 asking for urgent appointment for my cat since he was unwell, and they were able to fit me in for 7/11 and took all tests (total cost around $310) saying it will be ready the next day. I had to call 3 times within next 10 days when finally on 13th day(!) doctor called and told me that results came out perfect. My cat died on of cancer in emergency room on 7/30, 5 days after this call. I am not a doctor, but I don't understand how it is possible to have perfect results 2 weeks before death and I feel sorry we were not able to make the last days of our cat easier since we had no idea what was going on.

I love Dr. Pugliese. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. I have been going their for years. I have 2 birds and she is very knowledgeable. The office is immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Drs & staff @ Eltingville Veterinary Practice are second to none! They love our fur babies just as much as we do & it shows! They are friendly, knowledgeable, informative, & very responsive! Highly recommend!
