Great staff great doctors they take the time to explain things and interact with our dogs. Plan appointments ahead as they’ve become extremely busy since Covid. We couldn’t be happier with the care they provide.

We've been taking our dogs here for several years. Prices aren't bad and the vets are knowledgeable. Office staff has been rude and impatient and not with just me. I think they need to stop taking on new patients if they can't handle the ones they have in a respectful manner.

Yes to be great when it was Dr. Farnella but Inkley came in, doubled the prices and won't take new patients despite the fact I've had other pets there

We drive from Buffalo to Randolph, NY. Best vets we have ever had with our furbabies. They were so good to us when our Jack had to leave. Our Augie is good hands here with Inkley .
