Our cat Sherman fell ill unexpectedly this Saturday. A 14 year old American long hair. This took us by surprise and we were fearing the worse. They were able to fit us in and lovingly examined him at the last minute. The staff was thorough, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their Bay Terrace office to anyone looking to treat their wonderful pets. Unfortunately I have to add that after several phone calls, post visit, the doctor never followed up on what was promised. They were supposed to send a treatment plan and cost summary for our pet so we could finally help Sherman stop suffering. After over a week, we finally gave up and had to make an appointment at another vet. Too bad.

Staff and doctor were professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable, love the free treats. Definitely worth the price tag.

10 out of 10, would highly recommend! Every person who works in this office is amazing. My dog is greeted like a celebrity and given so much love. There are generally appointments available, and we are always seen quickly. The vets and techs are very knowledgeable. Pricing is very transparent, and you are shown a breakdown of the costs for all treatment. We love having such a great vet so close by!

I hadn’t had the best experiences with vets and when lil’ Jerry started limping and was clearly sick I was so worried and didn’t know what to do or where to go. Thankfully I found bond vet. The whole team was so nice and helpful and Dr. Stanton was great. She answered all my questions, took her time, and was able to diagnose my boy and put him on the quick road to recovery. Highly recommend thanks so much 😭.
