Rude uniformed, unhelpful. Worst experience. Gave me completely wrong information about requirements for taking a cat to Mexico. I quickly left went around the corner to Bond Vet where they politely took, read records -did a quick Internet search and booked an appointment for a rabies shot and health exam for the next day. We leave in 2 weeks. Thanks Bond Vet. Stay away from VETCO.

All the vets I saw who gave my pup shots were very professional!! The assistants were nice except for one who needed to correct his mannerisms, he had a ponytail…. his customer service skills weren’t kool! Otherwise all the young men who checked me in were great!!!!

I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED BEING THAT THE DOCTOR CAME VERY LATE AND I ULTIMATELY JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND. MY CHICO DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES!

I went there by appointment 3 times and had great experience! No long lines or nasty smell unlike other pet clinics I’ve been. All clean and accurate. They have everything a pet needs to be happy and supported while vaccinated.Awesome people ♥️ They are so nice and sweet to pets and parents ♥️ 100% recommended!♥️ Many thanks from Gina 🐈⬛😻

Nasty people with nasty attitude only nice lady there was this brown skin lady she was nice and helpful but this white lady (not trying to say color has anything to do) way ignored me when I told her my 2 month old puppy was throwing up bc he overate and he’s fine now he was had a upset stomach she told me that they couldn’t vaccinate my puppy told me that she there was nothing she can do and if I could exuase me if I could move over but this is not even a real clinic it’s just like any other Petco vaccine low budget The picture in the review was just 2 hours later after coming from the clinic playful and happy ?wish I could give 0 stars to this place she accused my dog saying he had parvo she Dosnet know anything she just said anything to her coworker she
