Terrible! Disorganized service they assume they’re providing. Poor communication in regards to your long awaited appointment. Seek other options. They do not ! Text you in a timely manner regarding your appointment with a time or date. I had to inquire about my appointment in which a text was sent to “just come”. Based off the review I’m glad I didn’t unless it would have been a 2-4 hour wait. Based off the “positive” reviews I’m 100% convinced these positive reviews are paid for or friends because no way ! Based off my encounter. Seek another service !!!

Dr. Paul Lortz is the BEST veterinarian I ever met. I am the owner of 9 dogs and he sees all 9 of them. He is most honest and loving doctor ever. The only thing I wish him is always the best and bless him. Thank you Dr. Paul for everything you do for my pets!!!!! I have to say thank you so much again Dr. Paul for being so kind to my fur babies. My doberman got neutered recently. I know all the pet owners appreciate the care you provide to our fur babies.
