It has been an emotional journey for me, taking more than a year to recover from the loss of my beloved cat. Dr. Loretta was undoubtedly a kind and caring veterinarian, but I find it difficult to recommend this place due to several significant issues. First and foremost, the lack of access to medical records is a major concern. I made multiple attempts to obtain my cat's medical records, but I was met with a consistent excuse of "IT issues" from the front desk staff. I patiently waited for over four weeks, hoping to receive the records, but to my dismay, they never arrived. It has been over a year since my cat passed away, and I am still without any medical documentation. This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the vet often suggested purchasing items that seemed unnecessary and could easily be found at lower prices on Amazon or other online retailers. It's disheartening to feel like you're being encouraged to spend more money than necessary, especially during a difficult time when you're already emotionally vulnerable. Adding to these concerns, the location of the clinic is terrible. It is situated just above a subway, and the passing trains generate loud noises that can be distressing for your pets. I experienced this firsthand when my cat was hospitalized in this vet for a spay surgery and another two weeks for herpes treatment. The constant noise from the subway trains undoubtedly added stress to my cat's already challenging situation. If your pets ever require hospitalization or extended stays, I strongly recommend considering the potential stressors associated with the clinic's location. In light of these issues, I would advise pet owners to think carefully before choosing this veterinary clinic for their furry friends' care.

The best vet around. So kind, warm, and caring. I was able to make an appointment within 2 days of calling. They provided me with tons of educational materials and information on 24-hour emergency options. Their explanation of my cat's treatment options was thorough, and transparent. There was no judgement when I asked what I thought might be ignorant questions. Very impressed and very grateful for the care they took with my pet.

We LOVE Loving Paws and Dr. Loretta!! Not only are the prices completely reasonable compared to other practices, Dr. Loretta was the first vet to diagnose our cat when other vets couldn’t find the source of her health issue. The staff is sweet and caring and take amazing care of cats available for adoption on top of it! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

Found this place on google and definitely do not regret making an appointment! They saw me the next day, Monday, following my call and kept my dog to be groomed. Reasonably priced, with packages including everything I needed plus they gave my buddy such a cute cut. My grandparents are very picky and they loved it! Dharmender was so sweet and very informative. He even recommended a new items for all-round pet wellness. He was also very kind and followed up with calls/grooming updates. Great first time experience. I definitely will be coming back

If I could give 10 stars, I would. There is no better vet! Dr. Loretta and her team are truly the best. Dr. Loretta is an expert diagnostician and empowers you with information that you need to be the best pet guardian you can be. Loving Paws provides top-notch expert care and advice. They care for our cats as if they were their own. I cannot recommend Dr. Loretta and Loving Paws Animal Hospital highly enough. You will not receive better care for your animals.
