Dr. Stein is an incredible doctor, I’ve been a client of his since he was at his previous clinic and I recently got a puppy who was pretty sick and GVC was able to fit us in the same day. There’s an additional work-in fee but it’s absolutely worth it when you know it isn’t emergency room worthy but still urgent enough to warrant same day treatment. Dr. Stein is thorough, caring, and efficient…everything and more you can ask for in a doctor. Joyce, his assistant is extremely sweet and patient as well. Thank you for taking care of my baby boy! ☺️

Dr. Austin Stein is one of the most incredible humans, who absolutely cares for all his patients. We came to Dr. stein for a second opinion after months of treatment at another vet where we made no progress with our cat and our concerns where dismissed over an email. Our beloved cat continued to not feel well and we knew we had to do something. From the first visit - the office was so attentive and gathered all of the documentation from our previous vet, when we met Dr Stein he reviewed everything in detail before we got there and explained what’s going on, what might have been potentially missed and offered a treatment plan. We continued to check in on us and was always available and made us feel safe and trusting. Our cat has improved in his care and we had a full understanding of what was going on. He always took the time to explain everything we never felt rushed or dismissed. I cannot recommend him and his team enough - if you care for your pets don’t hesitate to come here. Thank you GVC team. For everything you have down for us and our little kitty.

The entire team here is wonderful. Taking our dog to the vet has been somewhat...unpleasant...in the past, but not this time! Warm bedside manner, thorough explanation of treatments, and great pricing as well. We're so glad to have found Greenpoint Vet Care!

Fantastic vet! My previous veterinarian recently retired so i’ve been looking for a new place for my two dogs. The great reviews are true! Everyone was really kind, great communication and both Dr Lee and the vet tech/assistant were excellent. They took their time and were very patient with my pups. They had also clearly looked at the previous history and the tech communicated everything i told her to the Doctor. One of my dogs gets very nervous at the vet and the other is a senior and they were just so good with both of them. Transparent and straight forward pricing, and they don’t push unnecessary treatments. Great follow up email. Very happy to have found a new vet. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Dr. Stein is an excellent communicator. He took the time to explain all of our options in caring for our elderly dog with arthritis. The vet assistants / front desk people are very kind. I highly recommend this practice!
