GoodVets Downtown Brooklyn is fantastic! All the office staff were professional and courteous. The physician, Dr. Betancourt, was great. He was thorough and took his time. He made professional recommendations without pressure. I would highly recommend!

I'm very grateful to the Goodvets team. I just moved to New York and my cats need a good primary vet. The Goodvets are definitely a good place to go. They are very concerned about my cat's health. They provide a very good, responsive service team. Some questions can be asked through online chat, and they do not require me to recheck frequently. Some vets will ask me to recheck frequently and that cost more visit fee. I think they are truly concerned about my cat's health and not my money! I can ask questions to Dr through text massage and this really saves my time and money.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Alena Ferrign and the entire team at GoodVets for the exceptional care they provided to my Chihuahua today. While visiting our son in New York from Canada, we faced an emergency with our dog, who had an inflamed anal gland. Despite being fully booked, they made time to see our dog due to the urgency of the situation. Dr. Ferrign was incredibly thorough, taking the time to review all of our dog's test results and records from our vet back in Canada, without unnecessary repetition of tests. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care from Dr. Ferrign and her assistants, we were made to feel right at home. I am deeply grateful for their compassion and professionalism and wholeheartedly recommend GoodVets to anyone in need of excellent veterinary care.
