Brought my senior cat in for an illness visit. He was vomiting all weekend. I was hoping it would pass because I was concerned about affordability of treatment. I became increasingly worried so I called BondVet. The receptionist who booked my appt was extremely kind, understanding, and informative—even giving me signs to look out for before I came in for my appt time. I arrived 15mins early and waited for about 30mins to see our nurse. Later, the vets came in and gave him a check up. They asked questions and answered all of mine as well with no rush. They also pointed out some other unrelated things they found during the exam that they thought I should be aware of. They were very understanding of my budget. They provided me with treatment options and were transparent about the cost of each. They talked with me to decide what should be done today, and what could be done later. In the end, I paid $260 for treatment and they gave me a couple complimentary services as well. It was such a relief and they really do care. Thank you BondVet ❤️

Recently relocated and needed to establish care with a vet in the area as my dog has chronic allergy issues. The office was clean and our visit was okay. However, the prices are quite steep. I tend to stick to more local vets but I had a great experience at my last vet which was bought out by a chain. so i wanted to give a chain/corporate location here a chance. Dr. Kaufman was very thorough and kind which i appreciated. She took time to offer education and go over everything in detail. The staff were fine and professional, but the prices send the message that they care more about quantity vs. quality which is more of a corporate issue than theirs. I think Dr. Kaufman would be better off with her own practice than working for this company. Otherwise the clinic was clean and well kept. $130 exam fee is kind of ridiculous compared to anything i’ve ever paid before. i’ve never paid more than $110 for cytopoint at any vet ever before and they quoted me for $140 here. I declined half of the things they quoted me for. I would expect to spend anywhere from $300-400 each visit at minimum. Unfortunately, will be finding a more local vet or shop around for more reasonable pricing.

BondVet provides excellent care, and the location in Cobble Hill has exceeded our expectations. We have visited twice and seen two different vets, both of whom were professional and thorough in their evaluations. They offered recommendations without pressuring us to agree to unnecessary exams or tests. My husband and I are very satisfied with the care we received and highly recommend their services. In addition to the doctors, the rest of the staff is kind and friendly, creating a caring environment for our pet.

Really unclear how there are vet techs working here who have clearly never had the experiences of working with cats. My cat needed two vaccines and the techs were trying to wrap her in a towel. My cat doesn’t love the vet like most cats I can assume, however she’s been multiple times and had exams and vaccines without too much of an issue. She was resistant but the techs clearly weren’t confident and didn’t have the experience necessary to wrap her up tightly. They kept throwing the towel over her and then grabbing her too loosely. They told me I would need to come back since she was resistant. Super confused how you get through vet school without being able to confidently hold a cat. The visit fee is 130$ I would assume some level of training would come from a fee that high just to be seen. I took the towel and I held her while the vaccines were administered no problem because I was holding her tightly. Bond vet used to be great but my last 2-3 experiences have been truly awful. It’s stressful and expensive and the staff tries to talk you out of advocating for your pet. Do better.
