My old vet retired so when Bella’s ear started bothering her I thought I would try the Vetco in the Baldwin Petco as I already had my dog signed up for the vitals program to save on food and supplies. Everyone was very nice. The doctor was very nice and very thorough in learning about and addressing the health needs of my dog Bella. The visit went very well. She received one vaccine that was due, an injection for arthritis and medication to take home for her ear. I felt the visit was affordable. The vitals program is well worth it.

I’ll never return to this location again . I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my appointment which was the next available date which was July 3rd. I received a confirmation text for the appointment that Friday . Long story short i drove all the way to Baldwin ,NY from westchester county for a 12:15 pm appointment and they were closed. After i confirmed Friday for Monday . A store employee told me the vets called out this morning however i never recieved a call text or email about rescheduling. Absolutely unacceptable! Waste of time gas and toll. However the clerk was sweet enough to give me a complimentary bag of treats so i wouldn’t leave empty handed . 5 star to him but the vet department negative zero

Took forever to get an appointment with them and when we finally get here, they say they had an emergency with another pet and we would have to either leave our dog in a cage for a few hours until they look at him or reschedule. How's is that emergency our problem? How can't they not schedule around an emergency to where everyone is not inconvenienced? Then of course they barely have any options for a reschedule date, none of the options work for us, and they're all at least a week or 2 out.

Brought my pup here for the first time. Wait time was not as bad as the normal vet so that’s a plus. Rooms are a bit bare but I’m sure that’s because petco hasn’t put much thought into them. staff was pretty pleasant and knowledgeable. Will be visiting again.
