I’ve known Ashley for a few years now. I have nothing but great things to say. She has always been so helpful and knowledgeable and compassionate. My 13 year old dog Bowser wasn’t doing so well and it was time to make that hard call. Ashley was there for me and guided me every step when it came down to giving my dog peace. I’m so grateful for Ashley and Dr. E and their practice! Bowser was comfortable up and we had a peaceful passing for him. Thank you Ashley for always being there for me and for him! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! As a new client with a 7 month old kitten and my first visit to get his neuter, it couldn’t have been smoother! Easy to communicate with, and a comfortable environment, you feel like family and your pet knows they’re in a safe place - thank you! (Plus, there’s an adorable pair of kitties to greet you 😻😻)

I’ve been taking my dog to this vet for years, but they changed ownership without informing anyone. Before traveling, I asked for a rabies shot, which they said was USDA approved. Turns out, the vet who administered it wasn’t USDA accredited, and they failed to advise me properly. I had major issues returning because I couldn’t get the proper forms from them. They were slow to respond, completely unhelpful, and clueless. To top it off, the part-owner called and yelled at me, cursing telling me to stop harassing her vet, instead of helping. This place is unprofessional, rude, and a scam. Stay far away!

The staff is great and very respectful. They are very professional and take great care of their patients. This is the second year I bring my cats for their annual checkup and I love their work.

* Note that most of the bad reviews were under previous ownership before writing this place off. I brought my cat here for the first time recently and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Ehmann and the staff at Modern Vet Care were extremely professional and compassionate during my visit. My cat was having respiratory issues and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and prescribe treatment and I’m so happy that I trusted them with his care. Additionally, they are very clear and upfront with costs. Before the diagnosis, they told me what they needed to do and offered me options at different price points. Hopefully we won’t need to go back to the vet again aside form regular check ups, but I will continue to come back to them as needed. Also, the cats in the waiting area were great company and were very comforting while my cat was being diagnosed. I’ve recommended Modern Vet Care to my friends in the neighborhood and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for taking great care of my little guy!
