I recently tried this clinic out after our usual vet seemed dismissive of one of my dogs who has been having issues for several years now. I decided to try this place out to see if different eyes, ears and experience could help find my dog relief. I spoke to the receptionist regarding the concerns I had and even had my dogs medical file sent to them. This appointment ran for over 2 hours and $816.00 worth of imaging and bloodwork. I was told I would get a call in 5-7 days to let me know about my dogs thyroid labs, and if the radiologist saw anything concerning on his film. I gave some grace time because a major holiday was coming up and figured that would be needed. After 2 weeks I decided to call and see what was going on. Please do not waste your time and money on this place. It is extremely disappointing to spend that much money on top of the abnormally long appointment. I will say, EVERY single worker there was nice and a pleasure to deal with, I just wish the professionalism followed with follow ups.

The office is so well organized and accessible with text communication, online appointment scheduling, and clover in office payments. The staff is equally considerate of our pets by finding simple distraction methods to provide shots and humane ways to pluck ear hair. This is a great office and team.

I have been taking my dog to Paw Springs for over a year now, and I used to be very happy with the services provided. However, since Dr. Anderson and Dr. Hutt have both left I have noticed a serious decline in the quality of services. There have been several discrepancies between what I have been told that I'm paying for and what actually shows up on the invoice/receipt, which led to paying double for one visit due to a miscommunication between the vet and the boarding facility. I reached out to Paw Springs over email almost a week ago and I have not heard back, and I have also not received the copy of my dog's updated vaccination record that I also requested. I know that Paw Springs was recently bought by a larger corporation, and that combined with the fact that so many long-time employees have left in such a short period of time is incredibly concerning to me. I worry that Paw Springs is prioritizing profits over client care.

The Staff was amazing! They made sure both my dog’s records were up to date and we addressed any gap. I felt so taken care of that my pups were in the best hands!
