These people are truly phenomenal. In all my years, I have never encountered such genuinely compassionate individuals—especially in the medical field (sad, right?). From the receptionists to the veterinary staff and doctors, everyone is authentically kind, considerate, and incredibly patient. My Doberman is very nervous around new people, and they thoughtfully suggested bringing him in simply to spend time with them, without any medical procedures, so he could begin to associate them with positive experiences. That level of care and understanding is rare. It’s so wonderful to find an establishment that embodies this much patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine concern. We recently moved into the area and were looking for someone that would be reliable and trustworthy. During our visits, we found the team to be very thorough on her exams and at one point our dog was diagnosed with cancer, and it was recommended to have it removed. We went through their recommendations and had cancer removed, and I’m happy to say our dog is now cancer free. We are so happy we have found a team of veterinarians that care about our pets as much as we do. I would highly recommend Petfolk at this location to anyone looking for a place to go. I love Petfolk! They always address all of my concerns with no hesitation & are so good with my dog. We love all the docs & vet techs we have encountered but I’d like to make a special shout out to Dr. Lipsett who has been our vet since relocating. She goes above & beyond & treats my baby like her own. The entire team is amazing though, so we are comfortable seeing all the docs! Which is a rare case in my opinion. Thank you Petfolk!!

Having an energetic puppy leads to a lot of vet visits. Everyone at Petfolk has been overwhelmingly wonderful to both my puppy and to me. They are so kind and the care that they give truly comes from the heart.

We went here on an emergency for our dog Emma. She was throwing up all night and pretty sick. The team at Petfolk were amazing! From the phone call to make the appointment to everyone in the office were so loving, kind and informative. Dr. Schwartz and her tech Kim were absolutely wonderful. Thank you girls for taking care of our big baby, and being so compassionate!! Thank you for really taking the time to work with us and explain everything.❤️
