Dr. Dugan is truly one of a kind! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and treats every pet with such care and attention. She's been assisting with managing my dog's epilepsy and overall care, and we can't say enough about how amazing she is with him. The office is stunning and everything is brand new, clean, calm, and welcoming, plus her staff is just as wonderful. I wouldn’t trust my pup with anyone else—she’s simply the best!

We brought our sweet pup Peaches to Charlotte Veterinary Hospital, and we couldn’t be more impressed!! From the moment we walked in, every team member we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. We were looking for a place that would take the time to explain our dog’s health and options clearly and think proactively, and that’s exactly what we found here. Dr. Dugan and the whole team made us feel so comfortable and confident in the care Peaches was receiving. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and we are SO glad we found them. Could not be more thankful we found this vet for our pup Sadie! All of the staff was so kind and helpful and really appreciative of Dr. Dugan taking the time to thoroughly explain what is needed for our dog and the best next steps to make sure she can make a full recovery. Dr. Dugan and her entire staff are amazing! They all greeted me with smiles and answered my questions thoroughly. My dog usually gets slightly nervous for the vet and he pranced around like he owned the place. I know this is because Charlotte Veterinary Hospital staff and Dr. Dugan treat every pet that comes in like their own!
