Dr Josh is hands down the BEST doctor I have ever had in the 20 years of being a dog owner. Unfortunately our Chelsea was ready to go, we were not 100% sure so we called last minute & was able to get her in. This was the most painful moment for us as a family, but Dr Josh did his best at making it as tolerable as it could be. He was very respectful, sympathetic, straightforward & allowed us to take our time in her last moments. Thank you to all the staff that helped us, everything y’all did we are beyond appreciative & grateful. Dr Josh = 1,000 stars

Banfield, Northlake Mall location, is one of the best vet offices we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Every single time we’ve had to take our fur baby there, the service was always exceptional! From checking in, being checked on, checking out and next day follow up. Words will never be able to express how grateful we are to have such an awesome team caring for Bentley! It is because of this location that we tried to give Banfield another try. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

I was referred to Dr Leland McGlaughlin by our PA Vet Dr Ron Hodges. Vacationing in NC with 2young pups needing follow up vaccinations. It's scarey being out of town not knowing any vets. Do not fear, Banfield pet hosp. in Charlotte NC was awesome. From admission, to vet techs, discharge & any personnel involved in your pets care are so kind, caring, & compassionate. Now, for AKA-Dr Mac...totally amazing 👏. Fantastic care of my fur babies!!! Down to earth, answered all my questions & then some. He is our vacation vet!!!

I didn’t like the way the doctor spoke to me. I told him my concerns, and that concern was my fur baby had fleas…. His response was “ how do you know she has fleas? I told him because I saw them. He then asked have you ever seen a flea before? Like I was stupid or something. He checked her and said “ yeah I see the flea droppings. Once I have finished my plan….we will not be back
