My dog was very sick and they wouldn't take him anywhere else. I thought he was going to die, but they were the only ones who took him in and cured him. Since then, I'm grateful to them. Even though it’s far from home, I always go there, and everyone there is very kind.

Once again I am reminded why individual vets matter. We had to leave Dr. Martinsen for another vet at another location due to a move, and I should have just driven the two hours here every time instead. No team has ever made my highly anxious dog feel more safe and comfortable in the room.

Dr Martinsen and her staff at Rea Farms, Charlotte N.C., definitely demand recognition. They are professional, knowledgable, polite, compassionate, understanding, and always go above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. The slogan says Banfield treats your pet as though if they were their own pet is true. Mini, my six year old dog, has been treated at this location since she was 11 weeks old. Dr. Martinsen and her staff are excellent Banfield professionals.

I have been with Banfield for 10 years - and this one is not my main location but I desperately needed a last minute appointment for my leaking dog and this place penciled me in at 5pm same day! We left around 6:30-7pm, after closing but only due to the vet’s thorough care to ensure Nemo was getting the proper exam and attention he needed. They definitely prioritize quality care and show their love for pets. I am so thankful for Dr. M and the staff!

Dr Molinelli , DVM is a very caring vet. He is also great with the dog owners, as myself in communicating next steps. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
