Absolutely one of the best Vet practices I've found. The Vets, techs, and staff all care so much about the animals and always take the time to love on them when we visit. They always perform a thorough exam and clearly layout the issues and available treatment plans while being open & honest about the cost associated with each. I've been going to this vet since 2017 and although I've moved around the city a handful of times since then, have and always will keep them as my vet while living in Charlotte no matter the distance. I cannot say enough good things about them! 10/10 recommend!

They always treat my dog incredibly well. They walked me through the procedures, explained the medication they prescribed and were open and honest about cost and generic alternatives for the medications.

I absolutely LOVE Ballantyne Veterinary Clinic and especially Dr. Humphrey! I will not take my dog anywhere else. In fact, I have referred several friends and family to him and everyone has a great experience. My dog is an allergy-ridden, always has something going on, sort of Labrador Retriever, so we are definitely frequent fliers at Dr. Humprey's office. He is extremely personable and most importantly, he remembers his customers very well. There's nothing worse than going to a vet office and seeing a different doctor every time who doesn't know your pets medical history off the top of their head. You won't find that here. Dr. Humphrey and his staff are always helpful and accommodating. Cannot recommend them enough!

THE BEST vet in charlotte. 10/10 recommend seeing Dr. Humphrey. They are so compassionate and caring with challenging circumstances and care so much for my pups!
