How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I went to this Vetco several times so far for my cat’s itch/allergy and cyst issues, because the previous vet clinic couldn’t solve them. I met with Dr Jordan and Dr Reyes, both of them are very professional and friendly, they spent the time with me to listen and explain the treatment plan. They successfully treated the problems after each visit, and I am very happy with the results. The staff are also very nice and helpful too. This is the vet clinic that truly cares about your pet!

Have been bringing my fourleggeds here since it was Thrive. Wasn’t exactly thrilled with the changes to Vetco and the loss of a couple of really great docs. However, I have to rave about Dr Jordan and the nurses because they are PHENOMENAL! The nurses, especially Kevin, are always gentle and caring with my fur babies. Dr Jordan is A+! She is thorough, compassionate, and truly cares about the health and wellness of our pets. Dr Jordan encompasses the heart of veterinary care.

Dr Jordan is truly amazing! Very knowledgeable and honest. She’s been caring for our boy for nearly 12 years. 💙The office manager (Kayla) is the best we’ve encountered! So professional and incredibly sweet. Thank you VTC!
