Amazing! They are a great vet clinic. They fit us in fast when our cat had infected cut. They even were able to do surgery that day to remove it. We feel much better now, knowing our little buddy doesn't have an infected wound. Thank you!! Highly recommend :)

My puppy got into something which turned out to be fine, however flathead pet emergency wasn't open so I called lower valley for professional guidance and was rudely told that it's not their job to give out medical tidbits for free over the phone. Called a different vet and was happily given all the advice and guidance I needed. We have since switched our dog to that vet.

Due to COVID-19 you can't enter the clinic with your pet, but that is the same for all vet offices due to circumstances. Was met promptly at door by assistant. Doc came out to car to discuss pet. They got us in, seen, shots given and doctor explanation all in 15- 20 minutes. We will be making Lower Valley Vets our new vets as we just moved to the area. Definitely recommend.
