The best experience I’ve ever had at a vet and I highly recommend Dr Ward. Out of the 4 vets I called while thinking my cat had gotten in poison she is the ONLY one that would work in Althea. The others said they were either booked or had an appointment 2 hours away and no one but Dr Ward had any sense of urgency. I will never go anywhere else she saved my Althea who is better than ever now. Best and only place to go in this area! Thank u so much Dr Ward and her amazing and kind staff!!

Friendly and professional. Willing to take a walk-in emergency for an adult cat on a Friday morning. We were able to pouch him up the following Saturday afternoon. (It was costly, but that's no surprise nowadays.)

I am incredibly thankful for Lori and the staff at the clinic. They have been so kind and helpful. Recently, my dog was bit by another dog and I contacted Lori for guidance. She promptly scheduled an appointment for us and took great care of him. She also recommended having him neutered for his long-term health. We followed her advice and my little man is doing wonderful!

Dr. Ward and her team are the best! Words can't explain how grateful we are to have this team save our baby on such short notice. Our baby needed emergency surgery and no one in Memphis could do it. Called Dr. Ward and with no hesitation, she said bring our baby to her as fast as possible. Her team took great care of our fur baby the whole time. We want to say thank you all!
