How to Save on Veterinary Costs at St. Peters Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr. Phillips is knowledgeable, caring, and practical. Everything you could want in a veterinarian!

Been taking my pets to Dr. Phillips for years - I highly recommend him. His approach reminds me of my personal physician - he keeps you informed at every step as he logically and methodically diagnoses pet issues. His medical knowledge has never let us down and his "bedside manner" has kept my pets (and their owner) calm and confident through even serious medical issues. I wouldn't take my pets to anyone else.

Dr Phillips has been our vet for years and is so smart! He is caring and really down to earth. We have had several dogs with health problems over the years and he worked with us to find treatments that were realistic for our family.

Dr. Philips is the best around and knows his stuff. I wish we could keep going to him, but unfortunately we moved out of state. His prices are reasonable, and he is very kind.
