We have been a part of the France Avenue Pet Hospital family for many years with multiple pets. They have always been wonderfully helpful and compassionate. Lisa has been there for our entire time, and we love interacting with her. She's such a kind and joyful person! In the last few years we've had Dr. Travis taking care of our little furry family, and I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are. When we adopted new kittens last year, our resident kitty begrudgingly started to acquiesce to the situation - but, then something suddenly turned and many negative behaviors started cropping up. Dr. Travis walked us through the entire process of determining what could be going on with her (an interesting mix of physical and chemical, in this case) - helping us find solutions - and, most incredibly, reaching out to us on a regular basis to check in on how things were going, reassuring us when needed, offering empathy, and holding onto hope when we were swirling and feeling that the only possible outcome was going to break our hearts. AND, he was right to have hope, as now all is well with our mostly-happy (sometimes a little hissy here and there) furry family! This is all because of him, his research, his collaboration with colleagues, his diligence, and his direction. I hope that if you have pets, you have someone like Dr. Travis taking care of them. If you do, you have the best veterinarian around!

Very friendly staff from the minute we walked in the door! Claudia was welcoming and made us feel comfortable in the examination room. Dr Alyssa answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. Discussed pets full health history and what to expect in the future with an aging feline. Suggested food that would be good for pet's diet and optimize health. Appreciate the great service France Avenue Pet Hospital provided, keep up the good work!
