I've been bringing my pets here for about nine years now, and I am so-so on this place. I think the backroom staff and front desk team is fantastic and so caring about my pets--I cannot recommend working with that team enough. Frankly, this place needs more staff and probably needs to expand their facility. I often call and no one answers, so I have to resort to sending an email which often, understandably, takes hours to get a response for. I genuinely feel their front desk staff is way overworked and they need more help. This team constantly goes above and beyond for me and my family and I cannot recommend working with that team enough. Truly a great bunch. Unfortunately, I do not have the same feeling towards the ownership/our veterinarian. I've only seen two of the three main doctors (both of the owners), but I rarely leave feeling that my pet's issue was deeply considered. It often feels that they are just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. In the end this is a bad experience for my pet and frankly for my wallet. In the end, I will return strictly out of convenience. If there was another vet clinic within walking distance of my house, I would absolutely give them a try because most visits here leave me wanting better, more thorough care for my pets.

I've taken my daughter's dog to East Lake Animal Clinic and I've been very impressed with the care for her. The doctor we see always takes the time to discuss her health issues. I give them A+.

Staff are always friendly and caring. We've been going for years, and have brought more than one pet here for the final time, too. We and our pets have always been treated with kindness and dignity.

I absolutely love East Lake Animal Clinic. We have multiple animals and East Lake has always been extremely helpful and kind. The veterinarians will call me and talk through results and testing. I completely trust that all of our pet friends will be cared for properly at East Lake Animal Clinic - and I will always recommend them to friends in the area.
