VEG ER for Pets
How to Save on Veterinary Costs at VEG ER for Pets
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

The staff were all wonderful, except for Dr. Jones, who should honestly consider a different career path. She told me at least fifteen times that my cat “might die.” Not once. Not twice. Fifteen. I get that emergency situations are serious, but repeating that over and over isn’t compassion, it’s cruelty. It took them four hours just to draw blood. That’s it. No treatment. No medication. No plan. Meanwhile, my kitten was struggling to breathe. I understand if they’re a newer clinic, but if your pet needs urgent care, do not come here. Dr. Jones seemed more interested in reminding me of the worst possible outcome than actually doing something to prevent it. Thankfully, another vet today managed to accomplish more in a single visit than this ER did the entire night before. To the techs, especially Joelle, you were the only bright spot. You were kind, calm, and actually seemed to care. But if Dr. Jones walks into your room, turn around and go somewhere else. You’ll save yourself time, money, and heartbreak.

Found a tick at belly area and called in to check if they can remove it. The staff are so fast reacting and helpful, my dog miumiu is really sensitive to strangers and normally wouldn’t accept petting from strangers, but the doctor and technician just get everything done so efficiently!!! Thanks!!!!

Very prompt and thorough care for my cats. Came in due to one of them eating a string. They were successful in getting it removed! Everyone was very kind and provided excellent care through our time there.

A great, caring staff! We had to go on their grand opening day, and Dr Corbett, nurses and staff were wonderful! They took their time with Bear and gave him wonderful care and all the time he needed. They were so attentive, despite all of the fun activities going on for their opening event. It was a positive experience and would recommend them if you need emergency care. Thanks again!
