I have taken my cat Neo to Dr Yadiapalli at Freetown Animal Hospital for 9 years. He has recently had a health issue, and she has been wonderful in helping diagnose and treat him. She initiates contact with his Internal Med Dr. and helps me understand his condition and treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kind.

We love the team at Freetown Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, one of our dogs always has something going on and we and in often- they are great with her! Both Dr Y and Dr P have gone above and beyond our expectations. We’ve felt that they start with conservative measures/treatments when they can, and when it’s not possible their treatment plan is sensible. Risks/benefits/alternatives treatment are well explained. The staff is truly caring and we appreciate them!

Very attentive staff who were very kind to our dog. They were ready right on time for the appointment. The vet did a very thorough exam and our dog responded very nicely to her.

I've been dealing with them for a little over a year with my sick cat. They've been helpful and professional. The last visit was the toughest when I had to lay Bearclaw to rest. I can not stress how accommodating and helpful the staff was. On top of that they were kind and understanding. The key moment for me was the doctor's upfront and honest diagnosis about my cat. I can only imagine how many times they have to deliver this kind of news, it can't be easy. It sounds weird to give a 5 star review about this subject but they took care of my cat till the end, showing him love and comfort. Thank you.
