They're more than happy to answer any questions I have and I've never had 1 issue with them in my time going there. They treat my dog nicely and she doesn't mind going to the doctors at all. This was such a disappointing experience! The vet who saw us hardly introduced himself, did't ask a single question, didn’t look at either of my dogs teeth or in their eyes. I had so many questions but wasn’t able to ask any, he didn’t even ask if I had questions. I wasn’t even aware that the person who was giving the shots was the vet because he didn’t even introduce himself. It was extremely expensive, I was totally shocked at the price. I was hoping to find a neighborhood vet but will never return.

My husband and I recently got a puppy and this animal hospital is extremely reasonably priced and they have the best customer service! My pup started having diarrhea and I couldn't get an appointment, but the employee over the phone said she will take note and let the doctor know, and within the same day they were able to prescribe some meds for my pup. I feel super valued here as a client and they really do care for your pups!
