Cat wasn't feeling well so we made an appointment. Online portal is well formatted, and has decent functionality and access to important info. Staff has been nothing but friendly, and they all clearly love and respect the animals. Vet we saw thoroughly took us through what she thought was wrong, and made sure we understood every step of the whole process. Very willing to work with you on cost (payment plan options etc). The actual place is very nice-well decorated and the ambiance is calm and friendly.

Our first visit yesterday with our special needs cat Blondy was awesome the notes and assignment of Blondy was the best ever. We had been going to Eastern Animal Hospital for 20+ year numerous pets. But our last experience was not great serious concerns about what transpired during our cats operation and after care. Thank you Heart and Paw for going the extra mile in our cats needs. 🙏🥰🐈🥇

The staff at Heart + Paw were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! We were there with a young puppy and had so many new “pawrent” questions that they listened to and thoroughly addressed. We look forward to continuing to go there for both medical and grooming needs!

First time coming here! Was looking for a local place to take my rabbit for an initial checkup. Had never heard of H+P until another local vet suggested them. Very small but amazing customer service! Super nice and were able to get me in within 2 business days of calling. Both the tech and dr. Kraselski were great as well! Very thorough and knowledgeable about rabbits and knew how to handle him with care.
