I was skeptical when a larger company bought our local vet office but I have to say, my experience has been better since. Dr. Ferrick listens to our values as a family and how we like to approach healthcare for our dog, always giving us all of our options if/when treatment is recommended. I'm always able to get appointments when I need them and the entire staff was so accommodating when our dog needed special treatment (like extra rugs to walk on) towards the end of her life. We're excited to continue our relationship with everyone at the office with our new puppy!

I always have a GREAT experience in the 14 years of going here. No matter what vet we see, no matter what tech we have, and no matter what front desk admin we check in/out with: everyone is always polite, calm, professional and approachable. Some are funny & personable, but all of them love all of the animals. To see the tech hugging my cat, can’t get better than that! We have had cats, a dog, and Russian Tortoise 🐢 - all are cared for with compassion. Treat your vets kindly.

such caring and helpful employees. i’ve been bringing my kitty here since she was 6 weeks old and they have always taken such good care of her (even if she is a little spicy sometimes). they always communicate what needs to happen clearly and you can tell the pets are #1 priority. i will be returning!

Been going to this location for about 5 years+. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Along with my pet insurance, the prices are good. The vets here are efficient and trustworthy. The staff rocks. I also use the 4 paws spa to get my dogs groomed. Recommend to everyone that is looking for a good vet locally that they can't trust👍

Thrive Pet Healthcare used to be Natick Animal Hospital. Since the takeover, many a Vet there have come and gone so, we had to get used to having our pet seen by someone who may be new. The front staff probably change over often so, there's no familiarity factor there either. Its impossible to get thru to a Vet or expect any sort of support on the phone anymore for even advise, perhaps due Vet turnover or being understaffed or such is the corporate culture. They provide annual immunizations but the records are not updated which is frustrating to have to go thru yourself in order to get corrected. They gave an ingestible med which was later found to be not a prescription medication which they didn't inform beforehand. Point being, the care and communication that existed is now missing.
