Very unprofessional to just close the doors of the vet and not notify you that they were closing. I am in a situation now where I cannot get my dogs Simparica trio until I see another vet. My dogs yearly checkup isn't due until March(why should i have to see another vet 6 months before my dog is due for his yearly checkup, if i do i think they should have to pay for the visit). I receive texts from them still. The last was reminding of the yearly checkup( I called on 3 occasions and they never returned my call) and the one before that told me I had a $25 credit on my account that they had forgotten to deduct from my bill. People were very nice that worked there. BUT, after this fiasco I think they were very unprofessional. I also did not receive the $25 they owed me. Where is my check?

I'm devastated by the recent turn of events with my cat, Pippi. Despite my efforts to find affordable veterinary care, she's gravely ill with a stomach condition. Her health is deteriorating rapidly due to a lack of proper care, and I fear for her life. The closure of Maynard Veterinary Care has made it even harder for me to find suitable care for her. Pippi is only 10 years old and should be in perfect health, but instead, she's weak, skinny, and barely eats enough. I'm anxious about her well-being and the thought of leaving her behind when I move back to Connecticut on September 1st.

The gold standard for a Veterinary Clinic. Wonderful staff that is patient and friendly and explains everything. Upfront and direct pricing. Excellent location and atmosphere.

This place is great! They accommodated me last minute and took great care of my dog. The whole team, from check in to check out, was fantastic and kind. I love the couches in the actual appointment rooms, such a thoughtful touch! I definitely will come back if my dog needs any care.
