The best vets office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Burke did an amazing job giving my pup an exam. Very intelligent, down to earth, kind and so patient with my pup. Everything you need in a veterinarian. My dog is very nervous around people that are in scrubs, and at first she didn’t want to let the Doctor touch her, but Dr. Burke had a way about her that made my dog more comfortable working with her. Thanks again for everything you do! We both appreciate your way of working with animals. ❤️

Dr Burke is amazing. She is down to earth, and honest. She doesn't try to sugar coat things... She made my sick cat feel safe. And as he is a cat... That's no small task! Cannot recommend her enough.

**Update** I still love this veterinary office, but when you call and leave messages for the doctors they do not always get the message. Today is the 2nd time in a few months that I've had this issue. The receptionists need to ensure these messages are being given to the doctors and the office manager if they're short handed on receptionists. I know this office is VERY busy but my animals health is just as important as the nexts. **Original review** I used to go to the Evangeline Veterinary Clinic in Broussard, but stopped once they started appointments only. Dr. Lambert is also rarely there now and I don't personally care for the other doctor there now. I have 3 cats and a senior dog and have been thoroughly pleased with the staff at St. Francis Veterinary Hospital. The groomer there is also the only groomer in the Lafayette who grooms cats. I plan to continue using St. Francis as my primary veterinarian.
