Our dog underwent a lesion removal and a teeth cleaning, one week after the procedure he starting running a temp, not eating and was having difficulty getting around. We contacted the clinic and was told the doctor would see him at the next available appt. which ended up being 5 days later. Very poor response from staff when I complained! I would never take an animal to this clinic! If a vet completes a procedure he should follow them if they have issues and not wait! The receptionist was rude and did not understand what the problem was by waiting! Our dog subsequently passed away a short time later.

dr murdock failed to recognize and do testing on my dog. 2 days later i took to another vet and she was diagnosed with lymphoma. my dog had a large growth under her chin i asked the Dr about it he stated it was drainage from her tooth. i question the Dr and he stated again it was just from the drainage and it would go down. 2 days later i took my dog to another vet had tests run she was diagnosed with lymphoma and 2 weeks later she died. i understand she couldn't be saved but the fact he was so dismissive and didnt consider r suggest running tests

It has been a while since I had been to that veterinarian but they still have my paperwork they got my pet in quickly I was not put on a month or two months waiting list they even said it was no problem to call and check on my pet they were very kind

Our cat had been ill and we took her in, all that was done is checked vitals, said she had an upper respiratory infection and administered an antibiotic shot and sent us home with oral antibiotics, after a few days she was not getting any better, called in for another appointment, was just told they would add another medicine and to pick it up, still did not help, called in again for appointment to get her looked at and they couldn't get her in any time soon, wound up getting her into another vet who ran tests and found she had a tumor in her stomach.
