We love our home town vet but his hours aren’t always conducive to when our pups get hurt- Viking Vet is ALWAYS OPEN (it’s Thanksgiving and we’re getting great care!). They are also very caring and have everything on site from X-rays to a full surgery suite so you pup can get the best treatment ASAP. We have been here with both of our large breed dogs and never had any issues with dog gear, a vet that wants to muzzle them, or any of the other things we have experienced at other places. The staff is amazing and again even on holidays, weekends, and late hours they treat you like family and your pet with love.

My dog was very sick and I brought her in at 4 AM. They were so incredibly compassionate. They were able to give me some options and prices but were very honest on her condition. And because of that I was able to bring my girl home, and have her put down in my own home. I cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Smith and her staff were incredible.

I cannot thank Viking enough!!! They saved my baby girl! She needed emergency surgery this weekend and they took her as a transfer from another vet. They took such good care of her and I was able to come visit her the next morning before she was released. The staff were so kind and sweet!

we took our cookie here. We lost her here too. I never thought I would lose my childhood best friend. I know it happens and she was ready but me being selfish I didn’t want it. But, I do want to say that everyone was so helpful and supportive in the process of letting my dog go. Thank you to everyone and doing all you could. God bless you.
